Are you passionate about fashion and textiles, and eager to make a positive impact by reducing waste? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a sorter, you play a key role in giving second-hand clothing a new life. You inspect and sort items based on clear criteria such as type, fabric, season, trends and level of wear. Thanks to your keen eye for detail, the clothing is carefully prepared for further processing, with you selecting the best-quality pieces along the way. You carry out quality checks to ensure that every garment meets the established standards and guidelines.

You’ll start with simpler sorting tasks and will be supported with plenty of opportunities to grow, learn and develop your skills.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a passion for fashion and modern clothing.
• Experience in production is not required, but it is a plus.
• You are physically able to perform repetitive, standing tasks.
• You speak Dutch, French or English well.
• You have no dust allergies.
• You are results-driven, stress-resistant, and flexible.
• You communicate easily and enjoy working as part of a team.

• Full-time employment with fixed working hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM !
• Min. 26 days of leave - partly collective:
  • 2 weeks during the summer holidays
  • 10 days or 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays
  • + national holidays
